Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including the original invoice or packing slip.
Schedule a Pickup
Contact our customer support team or use our online portal to arrange for a courier to collect the package from your preferred address.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
